Rich Wohlfert was a beloved area chef whose passion for the culinary arts touched the lives of everyone he knew. The first Household Hazardous Waste Collection is slated for Wednesday, April 13th from 3 until 7pm in the parking lot of Lake Michigan College in Benton Harbor. That is Reduce, Reuse & Recycle Day, and is open to all Berrien County residents. The teams will accept all electronics, household hazardous waste and medical waste, magazines, catalogs and books, shoes, eye glasses, bicycles and more.
